Cant leave/remove my clan
i have a big problem guys.
i created a clan [CREATED DATE Oct 16 2009] then we played and became rank 500 but then we had a break of one year. so we wanted to create a new clan (they did already) but i cant leave my clan because i lost my security question answer and cant remember which email i used... so i cant join the new clan
pls help me- kick me from my clan or something like that.

If you have forgotten your Security Answer, and/or any other information. You must contact Customer Support here - http://support.z8games.com/
Click Web Form, and fill out what is needed to be filled out. It usually takes from 24 hours, to 48 hours to reply. If they don't reply in that time, remember they have a lot of other tickets open, and they will get to yours eventually. -

well i cant remember my register date so i just could fill in the id but i need 2 acc information...
they cant help me but i just want to leave the clan so i hoped that there is a way to kick me or remove the clan by the support. -

If you have forgotten some information, put in as much as you can. In an area where it allows you to add additional notes, tell them what your missing and they can assist you. -
well my english is not that good but i thought u could understand
next try: i need 2 account informations for the support and i cant remember my security q answer and my email. i registered in year 2009 and also cant remember the date. i just can fill in the supportticket the ip. so u need min 2 of those 4 information. :I and to promote someone to lt or clanleader u need the security q answer. -
Or make an Alt account, upgrade it to whatever rank needed to join clans, and let it become clan leader, then leave.
can't do that, you need your security question to make someone an LT, and the only way to make an alt account leader is to make him LT first.
