Launcher problem

So when i click on crossfire, it comes up with the launcher. BUT, the launcher is all disorientated. Here is a screen shot

the start button is cut off and unaccessable, all the home, clan, mail and forum buttons are accessable but you will have to aimlessly hover your mouse somewhere until you find it.
