Zong payment

I tried to do 2 payments by Zong (phone,sms) and the first one it was sucesfull, the second I waited a lot of time and nothing so i canceled the payment;
the problem is that im still waiting for the zp of the first payment and I i cant do a second payment;
the payment is from zong, at it costs 4.00 EUR (3491 zp, 349 bonus points)
can you please help me? i dont know if its too soon to report this possible problem or no...
ps-> i dont know whats was the best prefix, so i choosed this one

    i have the same problem. had it for almost 24hours now, ZP still missing, money still gone.
    try to report the error to ZONG, you will notice that it will not work
