Problem with ZONG

there is no way to 'activate' Z8 poins. i have bought Z8 points from ZONG several times in the past, and i always had my Z8 points in a second. today however, i purchased 3900+ Z8 points, but did not receive them. i went to their website to send a complaint, but when i clicked 'send' it told me that their website was down.
now this can mean two things,
ZONG has become evil and just stole our money, or ZONG really has issues and we will probably get our Z8 Points when their problems are solved -

i just managed to create an account, but i still can't file a complaint. in my account details i can see all the purchases that i have made with ZONG, they all say that they are completed, even the one from today.
i think this is a Z8 problem, not a ZONG one. -

Hey Guys,
We have been able to figure out whats going on here. We'll make more of an official post on this in a little bit.
Basically SMS payments are subject to exchange rates and pricing changes. When the ZONG payments are not available it usually means there is a discrepancy in the exchange rates, or some sort of different is such that it does not make sense to offer the method to customers.
Imagine a discrepancy where it would cost you $8000 dollars for 5 ZP!!
The problem with points not being added is similar. What happens is, if you use this and some difference happens WHILE you are making the payment then it looks as if you don't get your points.
This is a simple solution that can be fixed by contacting http://support.z8games.com. You need to send it in under payment problems. And you need to list your COUNTRY and the PHONE NUMBER which you used to make the transaction.
It's a simple check for the accounting department to look at and make sure you get your points.
Over time this really hasn't affected more than a few users. And it affected more people during this period of time because of some increased discrepancies that we saw over the last day or two. We are in contact with ZONG to have these corrected and to improve the service as this message is being typed.

Basically click on the link he's given - http://support.z8games.com
Then click Web Form - Select Account - Then Select Purchases and Billing.
After that fill in the form with your details and the problem. Fill the comment box
with what happend when you tried or purchased the ZP and they will reply back hopefully with the problem sorted. -

Don't know Portuguese but it doesn't matter what country it is you still put it in. Write Portugal then Area code (I think it's 351 for Portugal) then your number in the relevant box. Ask in English I might be able to give you a better response. -

You have to do it in the layout shown just above in orange.
Belgium-+32-Your Number (Include the dashes) it should work then. -
