New to CF. Looking for pick up scrims/Team

We are new, but have experience in clans and being clan leaders.
We don't put up with bullsht so we like people with good attitude/behavior
We are an NA Clan, but speaking clear english is permitted.
Pub/scrim whenever, no scheduel for scrims, we find unnecessary, but we scrim a lot.
Maturity is a MUST! No kiddies
Participating in ESL and WOGL soon, once we get the clan up and running.
Setting up a GM team as well as an Elite Scrim Team
Looking for strat callers and also an Lt spot is open.
Ventrilo is not mandatory, but required. For Clan wars you have to be on vent. Mic would be useful.

As far as how this discussion is going in this thread, what did you really expect? People were going to troll you from the start.
