Crossfire freezing

Help, since this patch started my game always freezes when i click on a channel, change server, also sometimes in the game, when its on a game im playing normally at 60-70 fps, then my fps drops, to 1-10 freezing, and also make strange sounds, like cd with cuts, i dont let my antivirus open, also i dont have many things installed on my computer, before patch my game was normally, anyone can help me, or have this problem too?
