I can't change my IGN and I spent ZP on this item can any mods please help!?

Ok so I tried to change my in game name just a little bit ago and I kept getting the message YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS ITEM... When in fact it's right there infront of me and says USE. I tried logging in and out and closing the page etc.. Same thing everytime. Can someone please help me out with this. I don't know if it's bugged or what. MODS Please get back with me.

calm down, did you buy it from item mall and is not working?
If it so, well...my friend, welcome to the club!:)
I got my account blocked for 5 days because g4box dont received the payment from paypal! and after a few calls they finally fixed.
so I guess you have to call them.

As ComeClarityy stated before please send a support ticket. Us mods can not help with this kind of problem.Most likely your payment did not arrive yet. But send a ticket anyways.
