It's called patience .

I wrote a program that simulates the dog tag drawings and unless I made some mistake, it IS pseudo-random.

(total of 5000000)
possibilites:
1) I made some mistake(s)
2) people who needed >5 months are lying
3) people who needed >5 months are really really REALLY F*CKING unlucky (hey, 1 out of 5 million. you're more likely to have 5 good numbers in a 6-out-of-49 lottery)
4) My program is more pseudo-random than CF
5) Error(s) in my program
Feel free to verify that data, I have not yet disproven it's results. (I noted down only 4 though (20/23/22/19))

I need 2 dog tags, but I never do the dailys =D

I get the 'o' tag everyday need the S2
