Tired of it...
I'ts been posted in tech support, but no one has given a definite answer that works for me.Hoping to have success here.
Basically, I can't play the game unless I click server>channel>room>join.
If I try to click anything else it freezes up on me at a loading screen.
It basically only allows a certain amount of clicks before it freezes at a certain screen. For example I can enter shop/storage, but after that I can't join a game.
When I do go straight to a game, I can play, but chatting doesn't work, radio messages work and the game plays normally, but not messages.I can't even chat in lobby or it freezes and I'm forced to quit via right clicking on tab at the bottom and exiting(same for clan chatting).
If someone that wasn't there when I joined joins their name isn't there and all I can see is the red wheel symbol next to where their names are supposed to be.
After the game ends if I try to rejoin that same game it gives me constant never ending host error, and if I exit the room, well it gives me the loading screen freeze.
It's been like this for months. I've reinstalled and had a complete delete or CF, ran CCleaner, restarted, etc...
Can anyone help me?
Might some of my precesses be interfering:

If you need to check my running services ask and I'll SS them.

Blue screens not so much, but sometimes out of nowhere my PC restarts itself.
I'm running XP. There is an option in the system properties dialog>Advanced>Startup and Recovery that allows you to uncheck Automatically restart.
Uncheck that option and select ok and apply on each window as you close
them out.
The next time your computer crashes you will get a blue screen instead of it
automatically restarting.
When you get the blue screen write down the error message that you
receive. It will be some access violation in memory whether it's a bad driver
or something else that will cause it. Hopefully it's not a bad mem stick.
Open google and search for information on the error that you wrote down.
If you feel like doing some pc maintenance you might want to set some time
aside and run a mem test on your pc also.
If you're not scared to open your case you might try to blow compressed air on
your memory modules to make sure no unnecessary dust accumulation is on
them causing them to get hot. And when I'm in there I unseat the modules
and make sure no dust is in the motherboard slots and also make sure all the
radiators and grills and fans and such are dust free also.
Hope that gets you started to figuring it out. -

Oh that's very nice.
I'm old school
What if windows wouldn't completely boot and you only had the one pc?
Then that's of no use. But nice if it will. If you write the stop error down on
paper at least you could take it to a pc that you could research the error on!
I've had a few bad memory modules before doing things to some programs exactly
as the op stated. That's really what I'm thinking.
One more thing. Is the system OC'd?
If it is set it back to stock and see if it stabilizes. -
I don't own any DVD/CDs to do that and I really don't know how.
You can redownload the most recent service pack for your operating system
and install that. It will do a lot to make sure everything is ship shape also.
It's worth a try if you decide to go that route short of a format/fresh install. -
How can I run a memory test?
I haven't OverClocked it.
To check for BSOD error and write it down wouldn't help me much since it happens randomly, but with time spans. It's not like everyday, just about once or twice every 2 weeks-1 month.
Also, people have mentioned that maybe an IP program might be interfering with CF, if I get an SS or all my
services, could anyone pin point anything that looks fishy or doesn't belong in my PC? -

The first 2 things I do when I build or add to my systems is to run
Memtest86+ to make sure the memory is ok.
http://www.memtest.org/
Then I will stress test the CPU with Prime95 to make sure it will hold up.
Especially useful to overclockers because if your system is not stable it
will surely crash it.
http://mersenne.org/freesoft/
If it holds up you can compare your results with others of your class.
http://mersenne.org/report_benchmarks/
Then there is a whole array of down-loadable bench-mark apps for your
vid card and gaming testing.
I find the forums at Guru3d.com and overclockers.net to be extremely
valuable resources for knowledge as well.
The search feature is your friend. Use it! -

But if it's a memory problem, would it happen on other games I play to?
I mean, only CF freezes on me. The other games work fine. -
But if it's a memory problem, would it happen on other games I play to?
I mean, only CF freezes on me. The other games work fine.
It would depend on if they were accessing the same memory and using
it the same. I can't answer that. If there's a bad spot in the memory that
crossfire is using maybe the other games aren't using that same spot?
Hard to say.
Anyhow. I'd try a memtest first before I took it to a computer tech if I were you. Might save you some serious cash. Might not. It's just my suggestion of
what I would do first.
Good luck. -
open case, unseat everything, vacuum or blow it out, reseat everything.
edit
inspiration, re-install or rollback your network drivers, and turn of any proxies.
Proxies MIGHT be the problem, could you identify any proxy programs if I posted my services?
I don't know when all this started happening since I took a break from CF.
No FIREAGLE, I always close any program taking allot of memory. -
Here they are anyways.

I'M DETERMINED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!
Or hopefully a patch will fix it, but none have done it so far.
Note: I am not a that great with computers so I don't know what program most of those services work for.
EDIT: Image didn't come out to well, if anyone needs me to resize, ask. -
I don't know what your problem is.. I do see a lot of google chrome exe's but not even 1 CrossFire exe.I'ts been posted in tech support, but no one has given a definite answer that works for me.Hoping to have success here.

XD
I also wonder why all the chrome exes pop up when I have one tab open.
I wasn't running CF while I took the ScreenShoot O_o -
if reinstalling CF didn't even help, then my guesses are that there is a problem with your computer.
Have you ever had any viruses? If not, try a full virus scan (like an hour or two) from a trustable source.
A virus that interferes just with CF?
I think it might be a program but can't be sure.
Can someone check the services image I posted on pg. 2 and see if any seem like they're the cause? -

Did you even attempt any of my suggestions? \
Results? Lazy? You keep wasting time. You could have already completely
ran those tests.
What's your computer specifications? Do you just want random general suggestions? Or do you want to get into specifics?
What hardware? What are the clocks? What are the temps? What are the temps under load?
Why don't you make a list of your running process instead of trying to hurt peoples eyes?
What have you done to try to fix it already? What were the steps involved? Results? Changes?
What are your firewall settings? What ports are open? What programs have access?
What internet? Satellite?
Have you ran any antivirus and malware scan? Which ones? Results?
Google the process name of each of those .exe if you're not sure. Geez man.. -

I'll try the googling.
I was gun download the memtest but I decided not to because I don't exactly know how it works, how long it takes, none of that. You shouldn't have more than 3 chrome processes running I'd guess but I can't read the ss to see what's going on. Can you enlarge them a bit?
Those Google Chrome processes might by extensions.Probably avast antivirus. Dunno why people even use an antivirus.
To protect me from pronz viruses from untrusted sites. -

and let your CF client through your firewall, it may be restricting the process in some sort. Either way I hope I coulda helped.
Been using GameBooster for AGES!
