Stolen ZP!

Hello. Two days ago I bought 20k ZP by Paysafecard. I bought SPOP and I wanted to reset my k/d and win/lose and change my nick. When I clicked "Buy now" showed up "This page will be available soon. Thank you for you patience and please check back." It took me my ZP but my ratio and nick name are still the same! Game Moderators, please look it and reset my kill/death and change my nick to Black][Sun or recover me my ZP!!! I wanted to save some ZP in this event but I lost it! GM`s, please help recover me my ZP.

zbychuX it is my first nick and it is still the same! Please change it to Black][Sun or recover me ZP.
And my k/d ratio is still same too! Please Reset it or give me ZP back.

Go into the mall, select "My Items" from the right side. Activate the item you want to use.

The My Items page is currently bugged if you have an item in it. They're going to have to wait till it's fixed to use it.

I did not know that. Of course I never bought any of those items to use, so wouldn't know anyway.

A ribbon so what? Its a complete waste because it isn't allowed in leagues and has a different hitbox on it. Besides who would waste ZP on a stupid charter just for a ribbon.
