My updater won't work HELP!

Hey my crossfire updater won't work and when I press the start game the loader just disappears and nothing happens. The funny thing is that the patcher_cf.exe is on the process list but nothing seems to happen... Umm is there a way to manual patch/update the game?

Just now I reinstalled and nothing is happening.... same problem

open the start menu, go to the log off, and press switch users.
after that go on the account you had the updater running on and the updater should pop up. thats what I did <_<
