Hello, my account was stolen(no not this one, my better one) and I dont know how I send a support ticket for it. Do I put all the info for it in my additional info cause where else can I put it.I really need to know!!!

Send a ticket there you will need to know the information for the account and add it in the ticket to prove its yours.

Send a support ticket with all the info you can. If you bought zp for that account, make sure you put the transaction numbers in there. Screenshots of you on that account, original email and login....all those things.

I would think it is self-explanatory. Yes, you put your additional details in the additional details section.

Do you know the email for it?(don't tell us) if you do, you can just change the password and you'll be safe from there.

Also if you email for that account was changed you should have gotten an email on the original email account confirming it. This post explains it all.

Ok not to get on you, but you should never use someone else's email account when registering for things online. Anyway, bumping threads is not allowed here. It wont get anything done for you any faster anyway. You have to wait for them to reply to your support ticket.

This isn't an instant messaging program, It's a forum. Write all you have to say in one post. If you missed something, edit your last post to add it in.

Second, Calm down and just walk through the support system and explain everything to them thoroughly. If the account is yours and you do have sufficent enough proof. You'll get it back.

Last, patience, the support will get back to you in due time. Until then relax and review that you didn't miss anything on your report.

i havent played in a week and i was going on 7 hours today and now i cant get it back

and the last support ticket i sent came in saying this

The account we're asking for is the one you need to fill out the form to. Please resubmit your ticket with the proper account information.

your just repeating your self u have to provide the additional information to prove owner ship and if u don't have that that your bad luck.

if you don't send the ticket with all the necessary information to prove owner they can't help you.

Put in all the info into the correct section. It is laid out for you, all you have to do is read. Put transactions in the transactions spot, Security answer in the security answer spot. If you have MORE information that does NOT have a field on the ticket, then you put it in the "Additional Info" field.
