im trying to put 20dollars cash i aint got the 2 card ones my paypall is being ******ed i put the debit cardnumber on that account says its already regesterd and other one says im ip banned idk why can you guys make more ways like 3months ago can u guys just take cash i really want more guns i quit now im back i really want to own harder !!

The debit card that's registered must be on an account you made. So you'll need to log into that account. As far as I am aware you can't have one card on multiple accounts.
