Crossfire Name Change help

I recently bought an in-game name change card for 4230 ZP,but I dont know how to activate it.I logged into Crossfire and the name change card doesnt appear anywhere in my Storage,can someone please help me?

you use it on the z8 website, go to mall, then look to the right it should say my items, then you use it there

As the person above said, although the My Items page is currently bugged, not sure when it'll be fixed.

Alright,I'll try to work something out with Z8,maybe sending them a form saying that it is bugged,thank for the replies though

They won't listen, considering they havn't fixed the ping issue from last patch.

Hello MediaWorld,

This isn't a bug at all, you can't activate a name change in CrossFire.
A name change can be activates by following this:
Go to the Z8Games web page and click on: "Mall" -> "My items" -> Use name change.

Good luck and choose wisely!

PS: "My items" can be found at the right side of your screen in a yellow box.
