Cannot update the game

hey guys, i got some problems updating the game, when i click start, HGW game watcher came up, i thought it was updating, there's a progress bar, but when it's fully filled, all open program is force-minimized, and a blank box came up, and it dissapear! i see there's X-TRAP running on the taskbar, but still i cannot play, everytime i click play this happens. Is there a way to manually patch it?
