Look, i'm telling you I bought a Change In-Game too, 4.7k zp ain't sh!t and I'm waitting... Just think, just because of some stupid computer error they don't have the right to rest in the weekend? This is not North Korea.
If you dont get your items you can just send a support ticket in go to your zp log and they can see your proof of purchasing and they will refund your zp or give you the item

I have the same problem with clannamechanger, send 2 messages to support, but still no answer, still zp away and still my clan items page is not available. I know we have just to wait, but z8 have to be more professional and dont let problems take overhand. New Patches doesnt work, everyday and everytime a problem with whatever. I didnt see a week with no problems...
This Game is 4 free, but z8 get more money than steam, because of this ZP thing.
Hope they can fix problems in hours and not in a week
I dont wanna w8. If i buy something, z8 garantee that u get it in 24h, but now we pay all and dont get anything.....
hope they give the item and some free zp for anyone with this problem

Support ticket replied they said they are aware of this issue and are currently trying to fix it.Thank you for your patience happy holidays.also they said we will get our items.

ya i just spent a bunch of time completing surveys for zp to change my in game name. i got it and when i click on my items it goes to untitles document " this page will be available soon, thank you for your patience". yes i have patience but changing your in game name should be done right away right. - -
