Level 6 and can't buy ZP

I have recently downloaded Crossfire and I leveled up to rank 6. I went to buy 20000 ZP and it said that I can't because im not level 6. So i tried doing it on the website and it said the same thing. Does anyone know whats going on?

You should be able to buy ZP at any level.

Wait 24 hours till your rank updates on there site, then try again also dont buy zp its a waste.
