High ranker BANNED!?

Lol@this. Z8games apparently banned a very high ranker by the name of
I found this information @ http://crossfire-germany.eu/index.php?site=news_comments&newsID=679
and if u translate it, it says...
"Dear Community,
Thanks to great efforts to CFG & Z8Games line last night was banned, a player who has cheated many people, and keyloggers popular game has hacked again and proud that he always counted Rumer would get only a "7 day ban" ...
Which player is it?
It's the talk of the many players * Simba * Nicks also like "Baby Ghost" or "joker" to know. This player was also the head of the team supported the hack-germany Fakeclans Sharing!
Why must this be?
It had a sign be placed against hackers. Those who think so need to concoct a crap anyway because they get only a "Timeban" are now warned! Also, the user has illegally "ZP" obtained by fraud or other users from fraud Z8Games! Even the massive "account sharing" of this account and the many different IP's which was logged into the account ultimately led to the final spell of the accounts!
Z8Games also announced in such cases in the future by accessing harder! Now all the accounts of people at risk in the Marc Andre W. has ever logged in as him and above Account sharing is accused of ...!

In my opinion, that story they made i think is a total load of crap. As if a massive high ranker who has spent well over $3000 in this game would scam zp and steal other peoples accounts. They don't have enough evidence to prove it. So in my opinion, I think this guy should actually sue z8games.

IF you keylog you deserve the ban....and remember, ALL accounts no matter HOW MUCH you have spent are STILL Z8 property. They can do whatever the hell they want with your account. And you can't do nothing. It's in the terms and conditions... -

You buy ZP, not the right to play this game no matter what.
You don't know what kind of evidence lies behind this ban. Don't guess.
Fact is, we own your account, clearly stated in the ToS.

Z8 is right. He know that he risk a ban if he use hacks and he also knows that hacking otherpeople accounts is also not allowed. I know that he used / uses hacks so he doesnt need to sue z8 because z8 made rules and he didnt observe them !
So he is banned now and thats absolutely okay !
If he doesnt want to get banned again he shouldnt use hack in the future. -

That will teach him a lesson. He must be pretty dumb to waste so much time and money for nothing. He deserved it though. This is a lesson to all u high ranker players who hack still... Z8games do bann your acc, even if u are high level or if u have spent much money on this game.

He thought the same like some guys here: "If I bought zp for 3000$, I cant get a bann. Wrong, you have to read the rules, and there is no rule that you cant get a block if you bought much zp. But there is the rule that every account´s ownership by z8games. So it is absolutely ok.
