Agreed

Your best option would be to ask the individuals in the clan itself. Tell them to be honest about it, even if the comments are negative. Just insure them that nothing bad will come to them for giving their honest opinion(Seriously).
In all honesty, it's good to have a negative response or two. It'll help you improve and see what really needs working, because clan members are the ones actually participating in the games-not us.
