Mutant Skin Colors (Rent or permanent?)

Most people are kinda bored with the green mutant.
SO, we should put in different colored mutants? Like Blue, Pink, Purple, Yellow, Orange, Etc.
But not red. They need to flash RED to indicate the 500hp left.
There are no advances or disadvantages to the colors.

GP Crates permanent?
BP Rental?

Yes? No? Why?
