X-Trap error

I'm having this error with X-Trap whenever i try to start it it says...

"Some functions of the operating system has been corrupted. Please, close any program which is affecting game client and restart the system."

I have allowed crossfire and X-Trap with my firewall and my anti-virus to no avail. I have also recent re-installed my operating system so i doubt that my OS is causing the problem.

I'm at a loss


1. What Anti Virus program are you using?

2. Have you added any xtrap or game files to an exception list?
yes

3. Have you tried disabling the virus program during installation and running of the game?
yes
