It's a random glitch in an eagle eye S&D map that causes it I think.

the one he mention there is the normal training room for new player xD
before the patch u can make a TD ship, go shop then back =>> training room TD but this method dont work now. Maybe its random glitch from EE like DREAD said :-/

It's been explained clearly and expressed many times that it's more than just a glitch.

A server wouldn't just glitch out like that without client-sided influence.

Why do you need to know? That map is terrible it's like farming...go play a real SnD map.

Okay, so you complete the tutorial and create a new room..
while creating the room select S&D 5 rounds..
When the room is created it will be marked as eagle eye but on the top left of your screen a screenshot of the tutorial map will be shown..

sorry to say this but the GM/ MODs are hunting those players down who create those rooms. a good advice : sparky_Pro don't post anymore in this thread now
