PayByCash Issues

hey guy i bought 80kzpp today and try it all on m14ebr and d.e scope and fr-f2 all of them i almost won 2time and d.e camo i almost won 3 time so a friend told me about paybycash then i saw i got 11.32$ but i cant use it i try to get $1.00 but it wont work any help i try to buy 10k and 10k is only 8.99 and i got 11.32 i press use banlance but didnt work any help
