I Want My Zp!

Hey guys i have spend with paysafecard 20€ and i get 0 zp . because the money from my card is gone. i want that 20k zp that i get, i can give a gm the pin of paysafecard and he make my 20kzp because now is not more money i spend it for 10k zp and again 10k zp and i get 0zp. than i have 3,66€ or so i spend again i get my 10k zp because me fail 20k zp.
