Im not 100% but I heard if you drop you pc from a 4 story building and set it on fire with kerosene your usp will appear in you storage. It has to be kerosene if you use gasoline it wont work. But seriously theres nothing you can do to get it back.

I highly doubt you can do anything to recover the gun. But you can try using a Support Ticket.
