Many hackers, not worth playing.
Do you mind stop running around telling bad things about the game in every damn post you create? It's annoying as hell, mostly because you're wrong in half of them. If you really want to hate on the game, go do so in a corner in your room or something. No one wants to hear about your hatred for this game on the forums.

There may be some people from Indonesia in the game, yeah. You could try asking around in public rooms and such.
Also, there are some hackers here now, but the hacks are sooner or later getting patched. There will always be hacks in every game, so if you're looking for a completely hack-free game I'd suggest playing something Single Player. -

You need to be corporal I think to gain an ability to join clans. And don't pay attention to what that other guy said ... ehm,i would strongly suggest you to play a different CF.
There is no chance you can get a halfway acceptable ping,and no offense but ppl with 200+ pings are annoying as hell.
You should go for chinese or korean CF,they would suit you a lot better (idk if indonesia even has its own cf) -
