Sorry, you'll need to post a support ticket, I had this problem. Where my original registered name was Jyveyu, I changed and when I tried to change back a few months later I got the error. I tried on my other account, which it wouldn't work, either. So I chose something else and it worked. That's all I know.

When i was trying to do mine earlier this week i had the same message. After becoming frustrated and trying a longer name it worked. The name i was trying originally was 3 letters, im not sure if the issue was with that or not, even thought it states 2-12 on the item if i remember correctly.
