client mfc application

I have not been able to run CF since the last patch on the 23rd, I keep getting this “client mfc application error” while loading the game. I tried reinstalling the game 3 times from two different servers, disabled and even uninstalling my virus software but no change.
I also copied the RB001.rez file into the REZ folder but then I get another error when xtrap is loading, saying “RB001.rez file has changed” and then everything closes.

I have never had any problems like this until the Navy Seal patch last week.
I am running on windows xp with all updates, like I have been for 3 years now never any problems.

What can I do to fix this or what can you do to fix this??
Is anybody else having his problem??

I should copy into the rez folder and replace the exsting file right?

\i download that file and placed into the rez file but the samthing happens, "file changed w[2007]L[]" nothing new.
is there anything else that can been done?? am I doing it right??

you have to wait an hour to download file then it seys error then gotta wait another hour.. pls post another link

so pls post diff site for file if you can.. thx
