I honestly did not even think of that at the time. I won it, saw it wasn't there, and immediately submitted a ticket. the thought didn't even cross my mind to check there, cause I rarely ever look there in the first place.

First off, nothing is impossible. The game has been really buggy lately, and that could have caused a problem. All I know, was that on my screen, it showed me winning the M14EBR. I took a screen shot, and found out it wasn't there. It could really have been some other item, but the item bugged out and the icons switched. Or I could have won the M14, but was given another item instead of it. I have no idea what happened, and that is the entire point of this post. All I want, is either a Reasonable explanation as to why it did happened other than, "you didn't get it, therefore you didn't get it", or the m14. THe only proof I can show is the screen shot I took. I have nothing else to show. And second, If you even bothered to read the post, you would see that I did send a ticket.
