Can't delete my clan

I'm trying to remove my clan as it's not working out, but I can't because it constantly says "Security answer not correct". I can't do the "I forgot my security answer" link because the email I signed up with was temporary and only lasted 10 minutes. (The reason I had a temporary email was cause I didn't trust this site yet.)

No, unfortunately. I tend to forgot temporary emails. If someone can delete the clan for me, I'd be very thankful!

send a ticket here: http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx
and write all the information about your account (first password, first IGN, your transactions, your account creation ...) then specify what you need. wait for a reply and I wish you luck

Okay, thanks. Just sent a ticket. How will I get an answer from them? By email (can't do that..) or by some other method?

Ah, thanks. One more question, what is the approximate time they'll answer?

it might take 2 days ~ 1 week but if you don't receive an answer after a week, bump the ticket.
