No where did I mention any form of 'luck' was tied into an account. But it does allow you to do a few options. A refreshed account has FREE GP that can be wasted to obtain said desired gun. If you don't you get it, you can toss it away. It's FREE after all. It's a healthy alternative to those who don't mind having multiple FREE accounts for specific guns they got for FREE with little effort.
It's also a psychological method is generally to most thinking a fresh account is generally a fresh start. Just like kids thinking that a powerful gun used by a skilled sharpshooter will automatically make them one. It might not, but chances are they will think so until proven otherwise. -

It's very inconvenient to have multiple guns on multiple accounts, I'd rather not be switching accounts every 5 minutes, friends would be annoyed at having to add 10 accounts as a friend just for 1 person, and many people need a good pistol with their sniper rifle which may not be possible on the same account without buying zp or getting extremely lucky. -

If it was so inconvenient, then why do many people do it? Seems to work for them. Also, it would show you that your friends love you enough to add you 10 times. Such dedication.
Many things are inconvenient, but it doesn't stop it from still being FREE. A simple solution is; don't fail the first time. Successful people don't have this problem. As proven by TastyLimes.

the USP is one of the worst pistols in the game, it's relatively useless.
also according to your first post you're wrote all of this so that people don't complain about not enough free things in the game, but if they stopped complaining about that and did what you said, they would start complaining about it taking forever to get any coupon guns.
Adding someone 10 times is not practical, if everyone had 10 accounts you could only have 10 friends because the max is 100.
Who cares if things are free if it takes years to get them. Most people lose interest in a game after a few months, nevermind playing for a year just to get enough coupons for 1 weapon. -

No, the M9 is the worst pistol in the game. But people can still kill with that and even the FREE USP. Every weapon has it's place for circumstance. A skilled player would know when and where to use what weapon. Skill of course still doesn't apply to the FREE factor.
Better they complain about how terrible their luck is rather than stating a fact thats untrue.
I gave you options, I never said any of them were practical. The key points are they are still FREE and still obtainable.
People with bad luck are the only one's who enter the 'years' category. It's not my problem the kids of today also have short attention spans and little patience. FREE is still FREE.

Your getting close to the spirit, however, I did not say everything was FREE in this game, just most of it including play. Also the electricity and such don't cost you a dime. Just the company.
Also you're right about everything about the MODs and the clan, doesn't cost them anything.

I'm pretty sure most if not all people know what they can get for FREE and what they can't. We don't need a sticky for this. If you want to argue about how far a player ought to be expected to go to achieve their goals of collecting said FREE weapons then that's fine, but it isn't sticky worthy either.
If that's the case then why do I hear such complaints? Clearly they are not as aware as you think. Many people seem to have thought that they didn't have as much FREE stuff. I'm pretty sure I can see numerous posts or threads with 'we need more GP guns', 'another zp crate? we need more free stuff!'. When they clearly don't seem to realize the ratio of the facts stated in the first post of how FREE things generally are.
This thread was to shut down their petty complaints, not teach them how to get what they want.
Just a simple reminder that a great man once noted beforehand but was unheeded.
A simple saying to sum up this thread for kids who complain about FREE is;
'Beggars can't be choosers.'
