Your transaction has been voided

Ok. So I try to be 44000 ZP in two parts of 22000. I buy the first one, it succeeds. But on the second one it says This transaction has been voided, your card will NOT be charged.
Reason:Failed to exceed the limit. What does this mean, and how do I solve it?

Same here. Reason: failed to pass security validation!

P.S - don't ask me if I have enough money on my card, I'm not that stupid...
