M14EBR Not Awarded
Almost 5 days ago now, I purchased 40 m14EBR crates. After opening 38 of them I already gave up on getting it. But then on the 2nd to last crate I got it! I took a screen shot of it so I could post it on my clan's forums.

When I went to the storage to equip it, it wasn't there. I searched through it over and over, but i did not get the m14 the black market said I won. I immediately submitted a ticket, and after nearly 5 days, I finally got a response.
And I quote, "Thanks for your report, we are sorry to inform you that there is no record shows that you have won that weapon, please check it."
Not to sit here and flame at Z8, but that's ridiculous. I have a friggan screen shot of me winning it, how much more proof can I get? The game is ridiculously buggy atm, and maybe that's why I doesn't show up. I have no idea. Maybe I really won 1000gp, but the icons were switched. I spouting things out of my ass here, but I am not satisfied with such a measly response, specially when I have as much proof as a screenshot proving that it said I won it.
And in Regards to the "Please check it." What the heck does that even mean. Check what. The record? I obviously checked the storage. I don't understand that last line.
---My question is: Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can possible do to get the gun that I rightfully won? Imagine going to Las Vegas and winning the Jackpot on the slots, but no money came out, and the Casino was like "LOL NEVER HAPPENED" Even though it was on CAMERA(derp screenshot).
And don't think of me being a whiny little 12 year old with this post, I am just trying to either get my just deserts, or get a REASONABLE response as to why this error may have happened.

If you go to your profile and check the logs, particularly the BM logs, it will have a list of every weapon you've won or purchased through coupons. This is directly linked in with the database.
If its listed as being there in the log notes, then submit that information to Support about their error. If not, then there's not much I can say. There is no other proof you did actually win it unfortunately. -
I don't think it is a complete listing of all the weapons. I am missing all my recent zp crate wins in the Black Market logs including the FRN2( or however you spell it), the rose axe, the mauser, and the m14. None of them show up as having been won in the logs even though I did win them.

I am in agreement with Corkin. The last thing that shows up was 3 months ago, and I've gotten significantly more in those 3 months. -

If this is indeed the case I will definitely have a look into that. But I assume you still have access to these weapons? Able to play with them? -
Same with me.i dont see why z8games wont award you some pixels.
I understand your point and agree, but it still costs them money. Sorta. I WOULD say they are running a business, but I also did spend 40 bucks on it so its kinda meh. -

Simple yes or no; can you use the m14?
The rest of the items were awarded to your account properly so I don't see why the M14 would be any different. Clan profile guns appearing are a totally different issue that isn't as important if that is what your asking. -

Please guys, as I am almost positive you are just doing this because you now have the idea to try and scam Z8, but my situation is very serious, and I would appreciate you all staying on topic. -

No I cannot use the M14. It is no where to be found in my storage.
What I was saying was that the guns that do not show within those 3 months on my profile black market log, are still usable. The m14 is the exception. An item not being awarded has never happen to me (that I know of) nor have I heard of it happening. -

Alright, so its a bit different than corkin, but not by much.
If you could be kind enough to provide me with a screenshot of your profile page of said logs and a screenshot of your storage of said weapons it will definitely help in looking into this further.

My most recent is a coupon exchange on June 4th. I think it has to do with guns not being added to the "profile" system rather than it stopped updating. The same guns I fail to see in the logs also fail to appear in my list of guns.
