Sometrics Free ZP, not rewarding

Hello, I have tried to earn some free ZP using Sometrics. After about thirty minutes it said some of my offers have been completed. When, I go look to see my new ZP balance, it still remains the same. I also have waited a few more hours (4-5), just to see if that was it. I check again now, and it still hasn't gave me my ZP. Any help please?

wait 24 hours and if you don't receive them, submit a report.

If you are sure of the circumstances, click Check Offer Status on the Sometrics page, then click report problem next to the offer which you have not received.

Dont do the sometrics surveys they almost never pay out even though you did everything it said to do. Try peanut labs, sponsor, and super rewards they give you your ZP most of the time.
