Gurp? X-TRAP!

I sold my old laptop to my little brother since I bought a new desktop. He had to send it to the store so they could repare it because he had some virus issues. Now he just got it back and it's working really smooth. He installed crossfire, worked absolutely fine. But when he tried to open the game:



Anyone know what could cause this and how to solve it?

We obviously don't own any hack or I wouldn't be asking lol...
