Log-in Problems

the game loads the first window, after clicking start, it runs through the start-up proses of the game. upon getting to the log in screen, i enter my info, but when i go to log in the "ok" button and "enter" key don't do anything, i cant press them. i can check and uncheck the save name thing, but i cant edit the info i put in, and i can also exit the game. please let me know what i can do to fix this, thank you.
