I know the Support isnt that good, but i totally havent expected that.

The fact is - I want my Registered-Email, and a Security Question Answer Change.

now i want to know, why they are asking ME to give the answer the information where i actually stated that i dont know them, and want them back.

Who is reading these Support Tickets? But well, i gave me a laugh.

This is exactly why I don't send support tickets anymore, unless I am reporting a hacker.

I got a problem also, sent a ticket, it said I should have created threads here, I did create about 3 of them and no1 knows how to solve my problem, support of this game just sucks big time.

It doesent suck TOTALLY. thinks like Coupon refunds are going pretty well.

Obvious they didnt looked at your support ticket and there was only a standard answer sent to you by the website. That happend to me also a few times.
