Getting error after hgw loaded

So when my hgw is done loading, I get a little black square, and after a second or 3 there shows up a pop up saying: ERROR. SEND REPORT?
Can anyone help me

I have the same problem!!!

I cant play because of this!!

Yours also say "X-Trap patch is unstable or update wasnt able to run properly" something liek that right?
