Crossfire error launcher quick help

I need a little help.
I used windows xp, now I'm using windows 7 when I click on the Desktop icon in the crossfire, the launcher opens normal, so that does not appear the button to start game, I'll send a print screen of what happens to see if someone helps me, I'm very fanatic can not see more play because of this problem in the launcher.
Someone help me please.
