Zp Payment went through but no zp

I tryed to buy 50kzp from buddypay but it sayed I didnt pass the security check. So I went onto paypal and bought 50kzp I confirmed the payment it took me back to Z8Games. I was then loaded onto a page saying "50kzp" and two options confirm or cancel I obviously clicked confirm it said something like "security....cannot verify" then a few seconds later my mother got a phone call from santander to confirm the payment and it has been confirmed and I do not have zp. I cant get the page back up that says confirm 50kzp
