It is certainly possible, seeing as how a function of disabling chat already exists.
I'm talking about not being able to see what your team mates have typed once they have died in a Clan Match.
With some tweeking it could be usable. However I don't think it takes top priory as of yet and if it is to come, it won't come anytime soon. If I were to label it, it would be right on par with us getting more screen resolutions.

i saw a major speed hacking in a pub before, most likely its an idiot who decided to download hacks and got keyloged, and the person who keyloged him had some fun getting him banned.
and there is a way to block chat peoples, just press escape and select the block chat option. ( right over the kick option.) -

It's time consuming when you want to block every single person in the room.
including the fact that new players enter and leave the room. -
Sick of QQers aswell.
Most of them are Captains, and Majors.
Sometimes SFC's.
I am 3,000 exp away from Second Lieutenant, and I am already being QQ'd at. It's annoying. When 50% of the players QQ at me, I get kicked. Getting kicked for no reason IS no reason to get kicked.
I'd say to add a function to disable chat. Also a function to enable it, just incase.

qqing about the qqers.....yea your so much better than them lool xD
chat disable wont stop people qqing and having you kicked anyway you can disabled chat but everyone else wont have it like that...
