Bought 2 blue smoke nades, can only use one o.0

I bought 2 blue smoke grenades to put in my bags. I think it's kinda stupid that you can buy so many smoke and flash grenades and use them in all your bags, but then when I bought the blue smoke to put in my bags, it only lets me use one. I took a screenshot to show what I meant. Is there any solution for this and/or if I can have my gp for the scam I fell for >.>
