Not the usually Triton Ribbon Missing thread

Hi all. Well, i did all what the mission required and get the ribbon with my account. I even did the mission for 2 friends of mine who were studying for the exams. One of them had the ribbon, and the other one didn't.
I don't think I'm stupid, I understand how to get the ribbon (get it twice), but why my other friend didn't get it?? He also opened a thread some day before, here it is: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=158883


I'm sure it is just a bug, not a misson error. Please check if he actually completed the task, if you are able to do it.
