smilegate said they were gonna put zombie mode in america in the beginning of AUGUST wth? where is it? GMs please answer this

You heard wrong. That was just a rumor that somehow made everyone go, "OLOLOL ZOMBIE MOOOOODEEE," and it never really happened. Crossfire has only been out for 1 year, while the other version have been out for 3-4 years. The chances of us getting zombie mode this early are slim, so we will have to wait awhile.

Aww... well, it'd be great if we got Zombie Mode fixed and polished over here in America. Playing it in Crossfire was so fun, and it's a nice break from playing all the same modes over and over.

I own CS 1.6, the zombie mode is fun but everybody on CS doesn't play casually. They play SUPER DUPER SRS.

S&D could be considered an "elite" mode in 1.6. Zombie on the other hand...

This is how zombie mode breaks down. At the start of the round, everyone crams themselves onto tiny ledges and corners that have 2 inch wide choke points. Then someone turns into a zombie. Then everyone who's not a zombie rushes to the furthest choke point away, you get 10 or so players stacked in one corner spraying clip after clip at one spot for a few minutes. Then you do it again. Sounds fun, eh? Didn't think so.

Haha sounds like CS. Everyone rushes into a room, barricades themselves with vending machines/couches and just camps.

*ahem* well actually im a sniper and camping is pretty much a part of my daily game so yeah it does sound kinda fun to me ;P

Zombie mode is probably so full of bugs and glitches right now it wouldn't be fun to play. Remember when fortress came out and everyone glitched. You couldn't find a game without one. I vowed I wouldn't ever play fortress, but now it's one of my favorite maps! Just be patient and wait for them to fix it up! It'll be worth it

I played Zombie Mode on the Japanese version. I like the maps and everything but the zombies are stupid, they need to look more realistic.. But other than that its fun..

Yea any word i've heard of any1 checking out zombie mode said that it's impossible to win as humans unless you glitch and basically pick off zombies which takes...a long ass time. And The way the zombies would just mow down people seemed a bit weak lol

Ive played zombie on cf china and it is awesome.... especially with the new patch.... but the mods are right... it is a massive camp fest but the majority of the time the zombies still win coz zombies work as a team to get to the humans. I have to say the zombies on cf cn are alot better than CS and CA.... I really hope you guys sort out the bugs and stuff as it will be an awesome mode and dont try and rush it out coz it wont be worht it

zombies are HURD to kill.. takes like 3/4+ people shooting at it to kill one efficiently, but nothing to do once there are a few more but hide and eventually get killed, because there is nothing to the players advantage like movable objects like in css.
