Start up Problem

Hi. I've been playing CF since just after beta and I recently switched computer and got a way better one. But now when I open up CF, I seem to have compatibility issues, because nothing opens up. I have tried trouble shooting, and have tried different compatibility settings, but nothing has worked. If anyone could help me, I would majorly appreciate it.

Edit: for some reason, the entire picture didn't show up in the screenshot, but the rest of the start up screen is white and i can't do anything about it
