My keyboard doesnt work as it should

Well my keyboard just dont work as it should i think its a game missconfiguration, every time i start to play y need to change the keys configuration yi need to press the same key so y cam play propertly and to day i tried also to take some screenshots and dind worked at all, i need help so i can play 100%.
