Closest server in this version of CF is the UK servers. CF China may also work, but either way, your ping will probably be high.

Play CF china. But if you absolutely want to play this version of CF play in the UK channel. 512 internet connection is god awful be prepared to lag.

Accordingly 512 kbps is enough to play, but you won't be able to do anything else online while playing the game.
