I dont think they meant to have it like that but no one complains about it so they kept it in the game. Its just apart of the game now. Its possible to get them when they do that but there is little to no teamwork in MM/HM so it seems impossible.

Stacking isn't a glitch. I believe there was a thread made about this with a poll. Anyone wants to find it be my guest
