I realize the 10 years is an exaggeration, so make sure it was at least a week as tickets can take a while. Also, if you traded your coupons, I'm generally sure there are no refunds if you spent them. If it was some bug that made your coupons disappear or that old bug I remember from a while back, than wait a little longer.

plus people have told me that your able to get at least one refund -
