im wondering if it is possible to use pictures maybe already used

ok so here i have an picture which i actually like and that i found on a video and i would really like to put it up. i came to select it and my friend told me wtf u doing? someone already have it. I did search for every forum name or almost and didn't find it. im wondering if i can put that picture on me since none have it. just a simple answer as Yes or No would be appreciated. thank you for your time and have a nice day.

how about the You Are Wrong one? I made it long time ago (1995~99 all that time making it) and i forgot who but someone came up with it. i think that dude was named [mod]ice or something

sorry for asking too many questions but i would really like to know if i can upload a picture as "signature" because it does not let me. some people (freaclez or something and more) are doing this. is it allowed? the signature may contain things like XFIRE - My name - what i said - what saidin said (more)
